Very pale lemon with only a hint of peach-pink, persistent bubbles; gentle nose, brioche nuance and some white fruits. Brut Style, lively and delicate with a crackling mousse texture, fair length. Pretty.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier

Origin: Southcott is a small, award-winning family- run vineyard in Wiltshire, situated under the famous White Horse overlooking Pewsey. Originally founded in 1972 it was replanted in 2005, with 2000 vines of the classic Champagne varieties, all sourced from France.

Taste: Very pale lemon with only a hint of peach-pink. Persistant bubble and a gentle nose of brioche nuances with some white fruits. Brut style, lively and delicate with a crackling mousse and fair length.
